Tusshar Kapoor claims Bollywood industry is 'harsher' on the insiders!

A star youngster entering the film industry should prepare for a difficult path, according to Tusshar Kapoor, who will soon be seen in Dus June Ki Raat: Chapter 2. Considering his own career, which has seen its ups and downs, Tusshar asserted that "being a Bollywood insider has been harsher." He stressed that "there is an effort to pull you down or to highlight what you haven’t done more than what you have accomplished."
Tusshar Kapoor talked on the difficulties of coming from a family in the film business in a media chat, stressing the need for industry insiders to become resilient.
As a star kid, he clarified, one must be ready to deal with criticism, pointing out that regardless of success, there is frequently an attempt to minimize accomplishments and concentrate on flaws. On the other hand, he noted that outsiders are often praised, even for their meager achievements.

Discussing whether it is more difficult for outsiders to have their first chance. Kapoor stated, "Getting a break is probably easier for film people because of the connections, but after that, it’s about your own connections, how you make the movie, how you are on screen, and what your marketability is. Its definitely a bit harsher on insiders."
The actor from Golmaal further revealed, "We have to pass a number of tests to make people within the industry believe that we are here because of our own talent. The audience doesn’t want to see these biases. They only want to get entertained.”
Looking back on his acting career from his Mujhe Kucch Kehna Hai start in 2001 to the present, Kapoor said that, like other artists, he has had both rewarding and difficult days.
The Dhol actor admitted that the highs and lows were essential to his development, pointing out that he wouldn't have achieved his current position without them.
He clarified that this cycle is crucial for both professional and personal growth, enhancing one's ability to persevere in the field. According to Tusshar, this sector might not be appropriate for people who are unable to cope with these swings.
