AAMIR FINDS HIS BUBBA!

The character of Bubba in Forrest Gump was small but pivotal to the film’s plot, so there was no way Advait Chandan wasn't going to include a version of it in Lal Singh Chadha.

 

I can now reveal that Vijay Sethupathi has boarded the remake of the angrezi hit to play Aamir Khan’s friend, who he meets while serving in the army. The character Advait has created for his take on the Oscar-winning film is a Tamilian, which made Vijay the perfect fit. From what I hear, the Chennai-based star jumped at the chance to work with Aamir. Then again, who wouldn’t!?!
