To celebrate the 20th anniversary of DDLJ Yash Raj Films in association with BFI and B4U, is delighted to announce a once-in-a-lifetime competition to mark 20 years of the epic ode to love that is DDLJ – the longest running film in the history of Indian cinema!

 

We are looking for the Raj & Simran of the UK – matches that have been made in heaven, that pay time honoured tribute to the cult classic love story, which has won over the hearts of generations for the past 20 years!

We will read your special love story entries on air on B4U every week. To vote for your favourite couple, simply listen to Raj & Pablo on BBC Asian Network on Saturdays and call in to register your vote for your favourite Raj & Simran. The couple with the highest number of votes at the end of the competition will win!

 

Winners, as selected by the viewers, will be invited to attend a very special, 20th-anniversary, Gala Screening of DDLJ at the iconic BFI on 7th November, as part of the BFI’s LOVE season of film screenings. At the event, our winners will be crowned Raj & Simran of the UK and invited to be interviewed by B4U!
